Fees & Insurance

I am an out of network provider and do not participate directly with insurance plans. If your insurance plan includes out of network mental health benefits, I can provide a super bill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary by plan and I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your benefits.  

The fee for an initial Intake Appointment is $200. 

Treatment begins with a 1 hour Intake appointment where we discuss your reason for seeking treatment and gather a comprehensive biological, psychological, social and physical health history. 

Individual therapy sessions are 45 minutes at a fee of $180. 

Payment is due at the time of service. Major credit cards are accepted (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover), as well as debit, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA).   If you have questions about fees, insurance reimbursement or getting started, I am happy to discuss them during a consultation call.
