My Approach

Therapy is tailored to each client's individual experiences, strengths and goals. I integrate an evidence-based, eclectic approach to create a personalized treatment experience that supports meaningful growth and lasting change.

Treatment may incorporate:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT explores the connection between thoughts, emotions and behaviors.  By increasing awareness of thinking patterns and developing new coping strategies clients can learn to respond to challenges in more effective ways.

Acceptance and Commitment therapy

ACT helps clients develop psychological flexibility by learning to make space for difficult thoughts and emotions while taking action toward what matters most. This approach emphasizes values, self awareness and creating a meaningful life despite challenges.

ERP helps individuals gradually face feared thoughts situations or experiences while reducing reliance on avoidance behaviors compulsions or reassurance reassurance seeking clients learn that anxiety and discomfort can be tolerated and managed without engaging in behaviors that maintain fear overtime
